- 1 cup brown sugar

- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix the brown butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- For a different flavor, add nuts.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
