Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. In a bowl, mix the brown butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  6. In another bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt.
  7. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  8. Fold in chocolate chips.
  9. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
