Ingredients

- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix all the seeds together.
- Add water, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes to thicken.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool before breaking into pieces.
