Description
A flavorful twist on traditional meatloaf with a spicy Gochujang glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and shape into a loaf.
- Place the meatloaf in a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix Gochujang, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
- Spread the Gochujang mixture over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until fully cooked.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
- Adjust Gochujang for desired spice level.
