- 12 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
- Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in cooked tortellini and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
