Gooey S’mores Rolls are a delightful treat that combines the flavors of s’mores in a soft, pillowy roll.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread with melted butter and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and marshmallows.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- You can add more chocolate chips for extra gooeyness.
