- 300g pasta of your choice
- 150g Gorgonzola cheese
- 2 tablespoons truffle oil
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat truffle oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Gorgonzola cheese and stir until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Adjust the amount of Gorgonzola to taste.
- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon or pancetta.
