Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until soft.
- Stir in beef broth, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.
- Bring to a boil and add elbow macaroni.
- Cook until macaroni is tender.
- Reduce heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add diced pickles, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Serve hot.

- For a creamier soup, add a splash of milk.
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings like croutons or extra cheese.
