A delicious recipe for Greek Chicken Meatballs served with refreshing Tzatziki Sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg.
- Form mixture into small meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- For the tzatziki, combine yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, and dill in a bowl.
- Mix well and season with salt.
- Serve meatballs with tzatziki sauce on the side.
Notes
- These meatballs can be grilled instead of baked.
- Serve with pita bread for a complete meal.
