- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, diced green chiles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
- Add jalapeños for extra heat.
- Best served with fresh tortilla chips.
