Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 ounces of brie cheese
- 1/2 apple, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Layer brie cheese, apple slices, and cranberry sauce on the bread in the skillet.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes more.
