Description
A classic grilled ham and cheese sandwich that’s easy to make and delicious to eat.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet.
- Add ham and cheese on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook on medium heat until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the sandwich and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
Notes
- Use your favorite type of cheese.
- Try adding tomatoes or mustard for extra flavor.
