Ingredients

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup pineapple, sliced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add sour cream and blend well.
  4. Combine graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl.
  5. Press the graham cracker mixture into mini cheesecake pans.
  6. Fill the pans with the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Grill pineapple slices for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  8. Top each cheesecake with grilled pineapple.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
