Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the steak for 6-8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- Slice zucchini into rounds and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill zucchini for about 3-4 minutes on each side until tender.
- Prepare the creamy sauce by mixing sour cream with a bit of salt and pepper.
- Slice the grilled steak.
- Assemble the bowl with rice, grilled steak, grilled zucchini, and creamy sauce on top.
