- 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and food coloring if using.
- Add Rice Krispies cereal and mix until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased heart-shaped pan.
- Allow to cool and set before cutting into heart shapes.
