Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
