Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked beans (black or white)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour eggs into the skillet and scramble until just set.
- Add beans and parsley pesto to the eggs.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring gently.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
