Delicious homemade beefy melt burritos filled with seasoned beef and melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and water. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a microwave for 15 seconds.
- Place a portion of beef mixture on each tortilla.
- Add cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, and onions.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place burritos seam side down and grill until golden brown.

- Serve with salsa for extra flavor.
- Customize with your favorite toppings.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
