Delicious homemade bread swirls filled with vegetables and cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (chopped)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or your choice)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a covered bowl for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread mixed vegetables and cheese evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch pieces.
- Place swirls on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes.

- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Adjust cheese type for different flavors.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
