Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise in a covered bowl for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Spread mixed vegetables and cheese evenly over the dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log.
  7. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces.
  8. Place swirls on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes.
