Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  3. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Add baking soda and salt, mix well.
  5. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla, stir until combined.
  6. Mix in the flour until just incorporated.
  7. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and brown sugar.
  8. Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  9. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture over the batter.
  10. Add the remaining batter, then top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture.
