Description
Delicious homemade coffee éclairs filled with cream and topped with chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 4 ounces dark chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter over medium heat until melted.
- Stir in flour until a dough forms.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Pipe the dough onto a baking sheet in long strips.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and instant coffee until stiff peaks form.
- Fill the cooled éclairs with the coffee cream.
- Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over filled éclairs.
Notes
- Store éclairs in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute coffee with vanilla for a different flavor.
