Description

This is a simple recipe for homemade Ferrero Rocher chocolates.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 1 cup wafer cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roast the hazelnuts for 10 minutes until golden.
  3. In a bowl, mix crushed wafer cookies, Nutella, and powdered sugar.
  4. Form small balls from the mixture and insert a hazelnut in the center.
  5. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt the milk chocolate and dip each ball in it.
  7. Roll the dipped balls in crushed hazelnuts.
  8. Let them cool and harden before serving.
