This is a simple recipe for homemade Ferrero Rocher chocolates.

- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 200g milk chocolate
- 100g dark chocolate
- 1 cup wafer cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roast the hazelnuts for 10 minutes until golden.
- In a bowl, mix crushed wafer cookies, Nutella, and powdered sugar.
- Form small balls from the mixture and insert a hazelnut in the center.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the milk chocolate and dip each ball in it.
- Roll the dipped balls in crushed hazelnuts.
- Let them cool and harden before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use any type of chocolate you prefer.
- Adjust sweetness by modifying the powdered sugar amount.
