A sweet treat made with a creamy coconut filling and a chocolate coating.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Mix coconut, condensed milk, vanilla, and nuts in a bowl.
- Form mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate chips and butter in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each coconut ball into the chocolate, coating completely.
- Return to the baking sheet and let set until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
- Use different types of nuts for variety.
