Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, cocoa powder, butter, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into small patties.
- Chill the patties in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each patty into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Place the chocolate-covered patties on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill again until the chocolate hardens.
