Ingredients

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Warm milk, honey, and butter until melted.
- Combine milk mixture with dry ingredients.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Shape into buns and place in a baking dish.
- Let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
