Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and sesame oil.
- Place the salmon pieces in the marinade for 15 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Arrange the salmon bites on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
