Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 1 cup broccoli, steamed
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve shrimp over rice and top with steamed broccoli and green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of honey for sweetness preference.
- Use any vegetables you like in place of broccoli.
