Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Add shrimp to the mixture and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- Pour remaining sauce over shrimp and cook for an additional minute.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
