A creamy and spicy mac and cheese with honey glazed chicken.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour and whisk for 1 minute.
- Slowly add milk, stirring continuously until thickened.
- Add cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until melted.
- In another skillet, cook chicken until browned. Add honey and black pepper.
- Combine cooked macaroni, cheese sauce, and honey pepper chicken.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust pepper to taste.
- For a spicier version, add crushed red pepper.
