Description

A creamy and flavorful dip made with roasted tomatoes and burrata cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup burrata cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread tomatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix burrata cheese, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Add roasted tomatoes and half of the basil to the cheese mixture.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Garnish with remaining basil before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
  • Can be made ahead of time and baked before serving.
