A creamy and flavorful dip made with roasted tomatoes and burrata cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup burrata cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread tomatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix burrata cheese, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add roasted tomatoes and half of the basil to the cheese mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with remaining basil before serving.
Notes
- Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
- Can be made ahead of time and baked before serving.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
