- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in rice, black beans, salsa, cumin, and garlic powder.
- Close the lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once done, quick release the pressure.
- Warm tortillas and fill with the mixture.
- Top with cheese and roll into burritos.

- You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Add vegetables for extra nutrition.
- Adjust spiciness by choosing mild or hot salsa.
