- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add olive oil.
- Brown the chicken breasts on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add chicken broth to the pot.
- Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Allow natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Use bone-in chicken for more flavor.
- This recipe can be doubled for larger servings.
