Instructions
- Mix mashed potatoes, flour, and salt in a bowl.
- Knead the mixture until smooth.
- Shape into a round disk about 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut the disk into quarters.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each farl for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
