Instructions

  2. Grease and flour a half dome cake pan.

  4. In another bowl, beat sugar and oil.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in grated carrots, walnuts, and raisins.
  7. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  9. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before removing from the pan.
