Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken sausage
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the chicken sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and chicken broth.
- Add the white beans and Italian seasoning.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add kale and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
