A creamy and spicy cheese ball with jalapeños and herbs.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped jalapeños
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup chopped pecans (for coating)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, green onions, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Shape the mixture into a ball.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans until fully coated.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers or veggies.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeño quantity for desired spice level.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
