- 8 flour tortillas

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the top and spread sour cream on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
