- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic powder.
- Add caramelized onions and cheddar cheese to the mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
