Ingredients

- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 tablespoon Jello powder (any flavor)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
- In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.
- Add cream of tartar and continue beating until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in Jello powder and vanilla extract.
- Drop spoonfuls of meringue onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours until dry and crisp.
- Turn off the oven and let cookies cool inside.

- Use different Jello flavors for variety.
- Ensure no yolk is in the egg whites.
