- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, grated

- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub jerk seasoning on chicken thighs.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix mango, cabbage, carrot, and cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, and lime juice.
- Slice chicken and serve over the mango slaw.
- Drizzle honey lime cream over the chicken.
