Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the taco seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, and mixed vegetables. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine cornbread mix and milk. Stir until smooth.
- Spread the cornbread batter over the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cornbread is golden brown.
