- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into four patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, mix cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and dill to create tzatziki.
- Serve patties on buns with tzatziki sauce on top.
