Description

Delicious and tangy key lime truffles coated in chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp key lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 12 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, form small balls with the mixture.
  4. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave.
  5. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Chill until the chocolate is set.
