Delicious and tangy key lime truffles coated in chocolate.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp key lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 12 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, form small balls with the mixture.
- Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave.
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill until the chocolate is set.
Notes
- Use fresh key limes for the best flavor.
- Store truffles in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute dark chocolate with milk chocolate.
