- 1 package pierogi (16 oz)
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
- Add sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook until browned.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the pierogi, followed by the kielbasa mixture, and half of the cheese.
- Top with the remaining pierogi and cheese.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

- Serve with sour cream for dipping.
