Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
  3. Add sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the pierogi, followed by the kielbasa mixture, and half of the cheese.
  5. Top with the remaining pierogi and cheese.
  6. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
