Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Place a piece of sausage on each square.
- Fold the pastry over the sausage and seal the edges.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
