A delicious fusion of lasagna and cheeseburger, combining layers of pasta, meat, and cheese.

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat.
- Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer noodles, beef mixture, ricotta cheese, and cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
- Finish with a layer of noodles and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon bits.
- Use your favorite marinara sauce.
- Can be made ahead and baked later.
