Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, spinach, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
  4. Place a noodle on a flat surface and spread the cheese mixture over it.
  5. Roll the noodle tightly and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
  7. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the rolls.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
