- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, spinach, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
- Place a noodle on a flat surface and spread the cheese mixture over it.
- Roll the noodle tightly and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
- Pour remaining marinara sauce over the rolls.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add ground meat to the filling for extra protein.
- Use gluten-free noodles for a gluten-free option.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or zucchini.
