Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
  5. Place marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Dice cucumber and halve cherry tomatoes.
  7. Once chicken is cooked, slice it.
