Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts, season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add cooked orzo, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir to combine.
- Add sliced chicken and feta cheese. Toss gently.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use boneless, skinless chicken thighs for more flavor.
- Adjust lemon juice according to taste.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
