Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bunch of kale, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the kale.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the kale.
- Toss to combine.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss again.
