Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, heat the lemon juice, ginger, and honey over low heat.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix gelatin with water and let it bloom for a few minutes.
  3. Add the bloomed gelatin to the pot and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Once set, remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • Use fresh ginger for better flavor.
  • Keep gummies refrigerated for longer shelf life.
