Description
A sweet and tangy gummy treat made with lemon and ginger.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a small pot, heat the lemon juice, ginger, and honey over low heat.
- In a separate bowl, mix gelatin with water and let it bloom for a few minutes.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the pot and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Once set, remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use fresh ginger for better flavor.
- Keep gummies refrigerated for longer shelf life.
